Very poor service.I brought wheels to get bearings pressed in. They said it would take a couple of hours turned out being three days when I went to pickup wheels not complete and disassembled and parts missing.

They are money hungry & untrustworthy , RAS was my GOTO place to get my repairs done until my last experience & I will never return. Long story short they replaced my power steering pump which I agreed to & after replacing the pump they called me to tell me I needed new power steering lines. I asked them why they replaced the pump if they knew the lines were bad & my advisor said they forgot to call me & tell me I needed lines before the pump was put in So I paid my checkout & took my car somewhere else thanks guys

They said my horn didn’t work , it works just fine trying it pulling out of the shop . Dropped it off the day before and it didn’t get inspected until 5:30 pm the next day when they told me 11:30 am , said it was test driven and it wasn’t I sat there the whole time , just had my car inspected a month ago at a diff shop I fixed everything it needed and came to this shop to a entire new list of fails it’s amazing and a scam .
